Applylynk Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which Applylynk ("we," "us," or "our") may issue refunds for our services. By utilizing Applylynk's services, you ("Student" or "Partner") agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. For Students

Applylynk provides its services to students free of charge. As no fees are collected from students, no refunds are applicable to students under any circumstances.

2. For Partners

This section details the refund policy applicable to our partners.

2.1 Non-Refundable Services

Payments made for the following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Lead Generation Services: Funds remitted for lead generation are non-refundable. Applylynk's role in lead generation primarily involves facilitating the organic delivery of potential student inquiries. The subsequent responsibility for student counseling, engagement, and conversion into admissions rests solely with the Partner institution.

  • Branding Services: Once branding services, as agreed upon in the service agreement, have commenced or been completed, all associated payments become non-refundable.

2.2 Application and Admission Fees

Refunds or adjustments pertaining to application and admission fees are managed as follows:

  • Adjustment Against Advance Payments: Any advance payments made by the Partner may be subject to adjustment against validated application and admission fees. Such validation will be conducted based on verifiable data extracted directly from Applylynk's CRM system or through data reconciliation methods such as VLOOKUP.

  • Full Billing for Discrepancies or Breach: In the event that the data provided by the Partner regarding applications or admissions does not reconcile with Applylynk's CRM records, or if any material breach of the service agreement is identified, Applylynk reserves the right to levy full billing for the services rendered. In such cases, no refund or adjustment for the disputed application and admission fees will be provided.

2.3 Exceptions

Any exceptions to this Policy for Partners will be considered solely at Applylynk's discretion and only in instances where a demonstrably valid and exceptional reason is presented by the Partner. Such considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis.

By engaging with Applylynk's services, Partners acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy. It is incumbent upon all Partners to thoroughly review these terms prior to entering into any service agreement with Applylynk.
