With Other Users (for Institutions): For institution representatives who register on our partner portal, or when our team updates institution details, we store and share your personal data (e.g., name, contact details, designation) along with comprehensive institution details (e.g., programs, fees) with students and consultants using ApplyLynk's Services to connect with institutions.

6.3. With Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, CRM providers) who perform services on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and only use it for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

  • Data Removal for Unverified Consent: Should we be notified or determine that a Child's personal data has been processed without verifiable parental or guardian consent, or if such verifiable consent is reported as withdrawn or invalid, ApplyLynk will promptly remove all personal information pertaining to that Child from its databases.
